The list of Letters of Intent invited for Full Proposal

On June 29, 2018, the University of Rwanda (UR) submitted 49 Letters of Intent in response the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida) for proposals for a 5-year partnerships between UR and Swedish universities for strengthening institutional research capacity at the UR issued on March 12, 2018.   Following are the 35 Letters of Intent invited for full proposal.
