Responsibilities :

  Perform minor renovations, maintenance, and repairs for offices, classrooms, and other areas;

  Assemble, install and make minor repairs to furniture and equipment;

  Respond to emergency repair calls to ensure a safe environment and timely repair and resolution of issues

  Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and other materials for their installations;

  Report performed carpentry related repairs and plan for next repairs;

  Perform other duties as assigned.
