Pelin Mutanguha has been a faculty member since 2011 and is currently an assistant lecturer in the department of Information Technology, teaching computer science and software engineering courses.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology and his masters degree in Information Systems from the University of Rwanda.
Pelin Mutanguha is also a Research Associate in the Center of Excellence in Biodiversity and Natural Resource Management, University of Rwanda and currently working on Rwanda Biodiversity Information System as a software developer.
Pelin’s current interests are in Biodiversity systems, Data analytics, engineering and machine learning (NLP), DevOpSec and information systems security.
He has extensive industry experience in software engineering, cloud systems and in delivering corporate training.
