Mr. SIBOMANA Jean Jules is a Monitoring and Evaluation officer of both African Center of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACE-ESD) and African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACE-IoT) under ACE II project.
He holds a Master's degree in Economic Policy Management obtained at Université de Kinshasa, 2014 and a Bachelor of Economics completed at former National University of Rwanda, 2011.
He has experience in planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and learning of development projects and public institutions. He also has experience in management of partnerships and contracts.

Mr. Hakizimana Benjamin

Benjamin HAKIZIMANA received his Bachelor's Degree in Education option of Chemistry from National University of Rwanda (NUR) in 2006. He obtained his Master Degree of Arts in Public Administration from Madulai Kamaraj university,India, 2012; Masters of Science in Chemistry from Bharathidasan University, India and he has Postgraduate Certificate (Learning and Teaching in higher Education) obtained from College of Education, University of Rwanda, in 2016.
He worked as Director of studies at College Adventist of Gitwe since 2006 up to 2008 and Director of studies at ESA Mugonero since 2008-2010.
After obtaining his master degree, he worked at ISPG since 2012 as Assistant Lecturer in Biomedical laboratory, 2014 Academic Secretary in Medical Laboratory, 2017 he worked as Academic Secretary in Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, 2019 he worked as Assistant Lecturer in Faculty of Education up to 2020.
Currently, He is working at University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology (CST) in the African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT) as Postgraduate Administrator since, 2020 up to now.

He holds a Master Degree in commerce (MCOM) from Mahatma Gandhi University Meghalaya state-India.

He has experience with SQL, Java script, HTML 5, CSS 3, CGI, and Bootstrap. He can use all of the Adobe Suite software programs.He obtained certificates of CCNA and LAMP.
He is Video Editor and Graphic Design using the Following software:Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe in design CC, Adobe Lightroom Classic CC and Adobe illustrator CC.
He can manage the websites hosted both in windows server and Linux server.
He can develop the websites from scratch or using the foloowing CMS:Drupal7,8 and SPIP3 .
He is a Digital Marketer by passion and a Developer by profession. With experience and expertise spanning around 11 years, in the Digital space.
Good amount of experience in development of web applications using PHP,JavaScript Library's, Frameworks, CMS, API's, Reporting tools . Bamurigire peace was born in 1983 in Uganda but I am Rwanda by nationality, I am a Ph.D. candidate in Embedded Computing Systems offered by University of Rwanda, college of science and technology, African center of Excellence in Internet of things since 2017 and masters In information Systems in 2015, Bachelors in computer engineering and information Technology in 2011.I am Assistant lecturer at the University of Rwanda and GRM focus point in ACEIOT, College of Science and Technology, School of ICT and Trainer in digital skills.
