Bio:
Dr Aisha NYIRAMANA, Lecturer at University of Rwanda, CST/Biology Department holds a PhD degree from Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle, France in the department of Ecologie et gestion de la Biodiversité. Aisha has a wide range of research interests within the broad area of ecosystem, biodiversity conservation and forest dynamic. She is an ecologist interested in the dynamic of key tree species by focusing on the role of seed and fruit eating vertebrates as seed dispersers in rainforests. She is also a research associate in the Centre of Excellence in Biodiversity and Natural Resources management operating under UR-CST.
