Bio:
Alexander Ngenzi PhD, received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Master of Science in Operational Communications from former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology(KIST) which is now the College of Science and Technology(CST), University of Rwanda (UR) in 2007 and 2011 respectively.He holds PhD in Computer Science and Engineering obtained from Jain University India in 2018. He is Senior Lecturer and Head of the department of Computer and Software Engineering(HOD CSE), University of Rwanda since June 2022. So far, he has published more than fifteen papers in peer reviewed journals. He has also presented and published various conference papers in Scopus indexing Journals. He is one of the senior members of IEEE at University of Rwanda. He is also one of the members of PhD supervisory and research committees in ACEIoT UR. He has written various grant proposals funded by various institutions including NIH,PASET and SIDA. He is one of the permanent reviewers in National council for science and technology(NCST) who reviews various grant proposals for funding.His area of specialization is Computer Science & Engineering. His research interests include; Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Internet of Things(IoT), Computer and Telecommunication Networks. He can be contacted on:
