Bio:
Muhirwa Jean Pierre (born December 12, 1986, Western Province, Rwanda). He obtained the Advanced Secondary Certificate (A2) in 2008 from Groupe Scolaire Saint Joseph de Nyamasheke, his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rwanda (former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology) in 2013. In 2015, he received a Master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences from the African Instistute for Mathematical Sciences, Tanzania and he obtained his PhD degree in Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences from Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology, Tanzania, in 2022. Since 2013, he served the University of Rwanda as Tutorial Assistant in Department of Mathematics and he is now an Assistant Lecturer in the same Department. His research field include mathematical modelling of reactors and infectious diseases.
