MUYOMBANO Emmanuel (PhD). He is a lecturer and the Head of the Department of Geography and Urban Planning at the University of Rwanda (UR). He Holds a Master Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the Western Cap University-South Africa. He attended short training in the field of Land Administration specifically in Geo-Information for Land administration at the University of Twente/ITC, the Netherlands. He is a PhD holder from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. His PhD research project investigates the effects of the Rwandan land tenure reform programme on agricultural productivity.
