Dr Oluwaseun Sunday Dosumu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Construction Management, College of Science and Technology, University of Rwanda. He represented the Federal Government of Nigeria on Technical Aid to the University of Rwanda from 2018 to 2020. He was a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg from 2017 to 2020. He was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos and Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in Nigeria.
Dr Oluwaseun Sunday Dosumu is an astute scholar and a seasoned researcher. He has over 45 publications to his credit and one of them is a 226 page and 12 chapters research book on Sustainable Design and Construction for Africa; 22 are peer-reviewed journal articles; 20 are learned conferences and three are book chapters. Dr Oluwaseun Sunday Dosumu has won grants in Nigeria and Rwanda. He won the Global Excellence Stature award in South Africa in 2017. He won the best paper award at the 2017 International Conference for Construction and Real Estate Management in China. He is a Chartered Construction Manager with the CIOB, UK and a Corporate member of NIOB, Nigeria. He got his PhD in 2016 from the prestigious University of Lagos. He has taught courses related to engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, building services and construction technology. His teaching philosophy is constructivist in nature and ensures that different curriculum delivery techniques are employed to make the students engage with course contents. the He has held several administrative positions which include curriculum review and development, examination and admission officer. Dr Oluwaseun Sunday Dosumu is open to value-adding challenges that can stimulate career growth.
