In 2015, Louis Théoneste graduated for Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology. He is a professional Civil Engineer who is currently working at university of Rwanda, college of science and technology (UR-CST) as a laboratory technician in charge of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Laboratory. He has got a wide experience in the areas of geotechnical consultancy services related to commercial and residential buildings, Irrigation projects and road structures and geotechnical complex surveys.
