Bio:
Emmanuel Dushimirimana is a Surveying and Geomatics Lab Technician at University of Rwanda in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering (CEGE) under college of Science and Technology. He is a certified Surveyor by Rwanda Land Management and Use Authority (LS00289).

He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering from the University of Rwanda College of science and Technology (CST). He Served as a GIS Consultant at Esri Rwanda (Telecom Infrastructure Mapping, RURA Project), Surveyor and GIS Consultant at GISTECH AFRICA Ltd (Creating Data to Upload on Google Map of Kigali city, Kigali City Project ) and served as Volgs Wargen and YEGO MOTO Navigation Instructor by GIZ project of developing Kigali City Professional Drivers, GIZ Project.
