Bio:
Fred Nkubito is an Assistant Lecturer within the department of Estate Management and Valuation. He has more than 8 years of experience in teaching in higher education institutions and management of research projects. His research interests include exploring issues at the interface between planning and real estate, the implication of values on sustainability transition, urbanisation processes in cities of the global south, political economy of land and property development among others.
