Bio:
George TWAGIRA is a Real Estate Consultant in career expertise of Valuation (immovable and movable assets),
Real Estate Development Appraisals/Advisory, Facilities and Property Management, and Real
Estate Teaching and Research with more than 12 years of experience in property industry both
in Uganda and Rwanda.
Regarding Valuation, George has a special interest in valuation for expropriation/compensation
(compulsory acquisitions), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Asset Valuation, Codification and Asset Registering. He has adequate
experience in compulsory acquisitions for wayleaves, road reserves, RAP implementation for general infrastructure
developments. George is well versed with expropriation and RAP implementation for World Bank projects in the Region particularly in Rwanda and
Uganda including the current practice and expropriation laws.
