William is a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda – College of Science and Technology, Department of Electrical and Electronics and Engineering, since 2011 where he teach the following courses: Fiber Optic Communications; Engineering Electromagnetic; Analog and Digital Electronics, Microwave Engineering; Digital Communications; Radar Systems and Navigation Aids & Management of Information Telecommunication Technology. Mr. William did Full Time Master’s program (2006 – 2008) at National University of Rwanda in partnership with Blekinge Institute of Technology. Option: Telecommunication Engineering. He did also Bachelor’s Program Education [1997 – 2004] in Electronics and Telecommunication Systems at National University of Rwanda. He did the following publications: (1) Prototyping crop-coefficient-aware smart irrigation system for Rwanda’s “akarima k’igikoni. (2) Building Occupancy Monitoring Based on microcontroller and PIR Sensors’. (3) Soil Resistivity Measurements in Rwanda for Safety Grounding System’. He attended a series of training in the field of electronics and telecommunication engineering.
