Innocent IZABAYO is a Highway and Transportation Engineering Lab Technician at University of Rwanda in the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatics Engineering (CEGE) under college of Science and Technology. He is a member of Institute Engineers of Rwanda as graduate Engineer.
He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Rwanda College of science and Technology (CST).
