Mr. Gerard MINANI is a Rwandan, born in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering received from the University of Rwanda-College of Science and Technology (UR-CST) in 2014. He received his Master of Technology (MTech) Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), in 2018. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at UR-CST; an Academic Associate at the Center of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and e-Health (CEBE); and a PhD Scholar in Biomedical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). His research interests include Biomedical instrumentation and Biomedical Signal Processing.
