Bio:
Mr. MINANI is a Rwandan Real Estate Manager and Valuer with experience in Property Management and Valuation.
He is the Ag.HOD EMV at University of Rwanda (UR), College of Science and
Technology (CST), School of Architecture and Built Environment (SABE) Estate
Management and Valuation Department (EMV). Marc MINANI is Assistant Lecturer in
Estate Management and Valuation department with more than 8 years of experience
in university teaching. Marc MINANI is certified
valuer in Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) and certified
environmental practitioner in Rwanda Association of Professional Environmental Practitioners
(RAPEP). Currently, MINANI is interested in the interaction between
space and real Estate. He believes that if the spatial component of real Estate replaces the traditional financial frameworks, we could end up by having sustainable real estate for most of marginalized spaces and places in cities.
People have a tendency of playing money and forget that money is used to
arrange the space. What if we play and arrange the space and get money for it?

In addition to
that, Marc MINANI he is leading CPD and Membership Committee of IRPV, he is
Managing Director of Acting Property Dealers Ltd, a Kigali-based firm that
focuses on property management and valuation, community planning; sustainable
urban planning and design; architecture; green economy and real estate. Marc
has Bachelor of Science with honours in Estate Management and Valuation; Masters
of Geo-Information for Environment and Sustainable Development (GIESD)
