Mr.Mugemangango Norbert is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering in the School of Engineering, UR-College of Science and Technology. Mr Norbert is the department officer in charge of Industrial attachment. He holds a MSc. Degree in Mechanical Construction and Machine Tools from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He has a long experience in design and manufacturing in mechanical engineering. Norbert’s research is currently focused in investigation of erosion in Cross – flow hydro turbines.
