Bio:
Mr. Fidele Mbaraga is a Tutorial Assistant in the department of Civil Environmental and Geomatics Engineering, University of Rwanda –College of Science and Technology. He possesses the masters of Science in Highway Engineering and Management; He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology in 2007 from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and possesses the advanced diploma in the same program in the year 2005.
His area of interest is pavement design, materials characterization, transportation and traffic engineering along with that Mr.MBARAGA Fidele has been given intensive training in VISUM crucial in transport planning and also has expertise in wood workshops including joinery, and wood technology as well as software’s in IRONCAD Along with that he worked as individual consultant in WDA and SDF during the period from 2010-2017 as projects evaluators and examination preparation of TVET.
