Harelimana Emmanuel, is an assistant lecturer in the department of Computer and Software Engineering, School of ICT, College of Science and Technology. He got his bachelor’s degree in Morocco (Casablanca, 1993), and his Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Networks in USA (New York, 2004). He is very knowledgeable about Databases, Programming Languages and Telecommunications Networks. Emmanuel has a passion in teaching and has already an experience of more than 24 years various computer related subjects at UR.
