Academic Staff

Mr. Theogen is a highly knowledgeable and skilled professional with a passion for teaching and research. With over 12 years of teaching in University of Rwanda (UR), Theogen has developed expertise in a various areas including networking technologies, and embedded systems. He has a strong academic background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications and a Master’s degree in Communication and Information Systems. Theogen’s research interest is in Wireless Sensor Networks and Internet of Things.
Theogen’s involvement in developing and delivering courses on various Information Technology related courses shows his commitment to education through delivering knowledge and required skills to students in the field.
Theogen possesses a good teamwork spirit in the department of Information Technology and mostly liked by his students for his kind demeanor and outstanding communication skills. He is dedicated to improving the lives of both his students and the entire University of Rwanda community.
