My research interests are in the synthesis of diverse geological, geophysical/seismic, and computational methods and techniques to bring about wisdom on extensional basin formation, development, and fills. On another research front, I integrate computational modeling of coupled erosional-depositional landscapes in source to sink/sediment routing systems with geomorphic, sedimentary, stratigraphic, and tectonic concepts. The latter has most recently addressed questions of autogenic dynamics in both landscapes and basins in the context of dynamic equilibrium on sustained environmental forcing.
Current projects are:
DEEPAC – Does Extension of Earth Produce, Archive, and Change?
InDTEaRM – Incipient to Developing, Through Early Rifting: Multiperspectives.
 Making Basins that Interact with Landscapes in East Africa. Autogenics and Allogenics.
My Academic curriculum progressed from a Graduate of Science degree in Geology from the Université Officielle de Bukavu (until 2011), a Licensee of Science, Option Geology, Orientation Explor. and Mining Geology from the Université Officielle de Bukavu (until 2013), Ph.D. studies in Earth Science at Syracuse University (until 2016) -Terminal degree conferred, further Ph.D studies in Earth Science at Tulane University (until 2021).
As hobbies, I enjoy reading about Psychiatry, Brain Science, Clinical Psychology Science, and Analytical Psychology.
