Bio:
Dr. Mushinzimana Xavier is a Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology, School of Science in the Department of Physics since 2004. He holds a PhD in Physics of Plasmas, obtained at the University of Rwanda in 2022. His research interests are in the area of the propagation of nonlinear waves in space plasmas. During his carrier, he has taught different modules of general Physics, quantum mechanics, and of course the module of plasma physics to cite a few. He has delivered seminars at the departmental and international levels, and has attended the European Plasma Science (EPS) conference in 2019. Currently, he is working on the propagation of nonlinear waves in a negative ion plasma with nonthermal electrons.
