Jean Paul Ntwali is an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Computer Science, School of ICT, College of Science and Technology, since 2011. He devoted over 90 percent of his 10+ years’ experience in teaching and applying technologies for development (ICT4D) of programs and projects. He has extensive experience in designing and developing Information Systems and establishing IT infrastructure. He has contributed and supervised over 20 final year undergraduate research projects and mentored over 50 undergraduate students. He is a member of Internet Society, Rwanda Chapter and contributed to the bridging of country digital divide of rural and remote areas.
Ntwali acknowledges to be successful in his career based on remarkable and tremendous achievements as an ICT Professional.
He is a holder of Two (2) Master of Science degrees; one in Information Technology (IT) another in Information Systems. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology (CE&IT). He is currently awarded 20+ professional certificates and He has a scientific background in Mathematics and Physics.
