Mrs. Bernadette is Lab Technician in the Department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering in the school of Engineering, UR-College of Science and Technology. She holds a BSc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology, Rwanda, in 2012, I am motivated, and experienced in mechanical system and fluid power in providing excellent Technical and Operational Support to all staff in both large and small organizations. Knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Analytical troubleshooting. Articulate and proactive, Able to carry out tasks with accuracy, working under pressure while motivating other members of staff, driving a team work in a positive and constructive manner. Able to communicate concisely and develop good working relationships with staffs at all levels and supportive of all continuous improvement for self-development and that of any business or organization.
