Bio:
Mr. NTIHEMUKA Fulgence is an assistant Lecturer in Civil environmental and Geomatic Engineering Department. He is a holder of Master’s degree in Engineering obtained from Oklahoma Christian University (OC) in 2011 and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering obtained from the former National University of Rwanda (NUR) in 2006. His research and consultancy interests include, but not limited to, Structural Engineering, Construction Materials, Hydraulic structures, Projects management, Road construction etc.
Mr NTIHEMUKA Fulgence is an active member of the Institute of Engineers of Rwanda (IER).
