Bio:
Jean Claude TUYISENGE is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management and Valuation. He is a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology from the University of Rwanda (Former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology) and has been awarded the Master’s Degree in the Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
