Support staff

Mr. SIBOMANA Jean Jules is a Monitoring and Evaluation officer of both African Center of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACE-ESD) and African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACE-IoT) under ACE II project.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy Management obtained at Université de Kinshasa, 2014 and a Bachelor of Economics completed at former National University of Rwanda, 2011.
He has experience in planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and learning of development projects and public institutions. He also has experience in management of partnerships and contracts.
