Bio:
Dr. Gratien Habarurema is Rwandan with a teaching profession. He was born in 1982. He completed his Bachelor Degree at the former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST), and his Postgraduate studies at the Nelson Mandela University-South Africa. He is specialized in Inorganic Chemistry. After earning his PhD in the above-mentioned area, he continues his research carrier in the field of chemistry where he is focusing on the synthesis of various biologically active chelates and their rhenium and technetium pharmaceuticals. The resulting ligands and their complexes are further used to investigate their anti-cancer activities.
